1. Guys on hose line got within collapse zone of structure.
B. Guys on hose line were inhaling hazardous materials emissions without SCBA.
3. Wrong use of water where foam already applied, washing away the foam.
D. Wrong use of tower ladder to break structure.

Any way you cut it, nice of them to criticize a fellow department, particularly if your department never faced anything like it in your sleepy little village or town with no light industry where the biggest call is an automatic alarm that you respond to with all hands on deck just so you can get the trucks rolling and some LOSAP points, or maybe a mutual aid call to a real department that they are publicly trashing. You people are retarded. It wasn't the chiefs. The point wasn't to point fingers at other departments and say they didn't know what they were doing.

We all do this - it's called training, learning from mistakes, and critiquing for the betterment of everybody.

Everybody looks at FireNews or some of those and says "ooh look this guy should have his mask on right here"

Just stop. They were using constructive criticism to demonstrate a point about "those things that we all do" as well as demonstrate the warning signs of a building in danger of collapsing.

Like always, you guys hear something (which wasn't entirely true to begin with) and just run with it. Pretty soon Jimmy Hoffa and the Loch Ness Monster will have been in the video too.
