If Mike Klein signed time

SO SAYS SUOZZI TODAY IN NEWSDAY
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Unfortuneately his statement is similar to Gary Hart's statement about having an affair. It was a challenge to the press and they got him on it. So will go Suozzi's governors race.

He thumbed his nose last night at the Republican's by saying "no way was he getting rid of DCE Mike Klein"

Well Tom he falsified time sheets so Klein goes to jail.

Evidence---

Robert Cataldo- Newsday article on the "Cataldo" fraud a couple of months ago presented this "seasonal" who was brought on with Shomwa ( follower of Farrakan) and Charles McKinney had time sheets unsigned for the weeks of fraudulent pay while on vacation in Europe over the July 4, 2004 weeks last year.

Now the county has found that Klein did sign Shomwa and mcKinney. Well guess what, Klein had a shreading operation on Cataldio's and the DA will solve this by taking under oath testimony by responsible HR personnel.

Shomwa. - Every one knows Shomwa did no work. When he actually showed up he rode around in Klein's SUV. This means e-z pass records will be audited under the authority of the DA which will prove more that $1000 in fraud required for a fellony conviction where Shamwa falsified hours and Klein with full knowledge signed the sheets.

McKinney-Every one knows McKinney did no work the hours he claimed. This means e-z pass records will be audited under the authority of the DA which will prove more that $1000 in fraud required for a fellony conviction where Shamwa falsified hours and Klein with full knowledge signed the sheets.

Tell your story to the LI Press. They seem hot on the trail with these issues.

Don't forget the 'authorized' OVERTIME granted those office folks for doing unrelated JANE D'AMICO, verified by the Desk Officer on duty that night

If you're gonna talk, TALK...

Celeste and the press should follow the trail they each leave coming and going to work.

Check their car's e-zpass records to find out if they even left New York City that day!

BONNIE! WAKE UP!

Last post, I believe you meant ....authorized overtime to do JANE DAMICO's work (union stuff...no police work)

Further to the post of a person being paid while she was not at work at all....

Problem is there are to many 'in bed' with each other...forcing the silence.

Will it come out? Remains to be seen and how much pressure from the DA. How many will he drive some nails into to make them talk

Just subpoena the ones in the know. Will they lie to cover it up or will they tell the truth? What if their job and retirement are on the line? Do you think any of these men would cover for you? Even the retired time office Lt. who was overheard at the recent retirement party telling a certain higher up that she would NEVER give him up...would she jeopardize herself to lie for some man she may never see again? What about all those civilian employees who remember how livid she was when she was told she should no longer keep track of that certain one's time. Heard she owes hundreds of days. Well, Monty said "she gets perks."

It's too bad she upset sooo many people during her tenure in charge of the 'Time Office.' It appears there are MANY willing to 'drop-a-dime' on her in what she was overheard saying.

As for subpeona's...you are silly not to believe there are employee's talking; feeding information to the DA's office; feeding information to certain legislator's.

Those 'perk's' you reference above don't look so cushy now...do they? HMMMMMMM

It's a waste of time to talk to Dillon's office. All he does with info like that is create J Edgar Hoover style blackmail files to get political bosses and electid officials to jump through hoops for him. He will not follow the trail unless one of the backroom boys refuses to go along to get along.

If you want to blow the whistle go to Spitzer of the Feds! 8)
