Kathleen Rice's Voter Records Tampered With

[BOE Caught in Act]

Someone thinking they were cleaver at the BOE charged Kathleen Rice's old voter record to "moved out of county" and tried to hide the fact. That allowed her to re-register as a Democrat immediately. They by-passed the voter registration system that records every changed made to a voter and who made the change. However when you pull up her record on the screen their is a change date that appears but no "activety date" and no change reason.

By the way the change date on the old Rep record just happens be the same date she enrolled as a DEM.

There is no way for this to happen unless it was intentional. Anytime a voter status is changed the last "activity date" is updated and a notation is made in change history. Someone was ordered to by-pass the system by directly entering the Oracle database and make a change that could not be explained.

Except they forgot about the change date. It clearly shows that her record as a registered Republican was changed on the same day she submitted her Democratic registration card.

You see under state law a party change is not effective until after the next general election. So to prevent her from running a primary as a registered Rep, they tried to change her registration illegally. But they were caught.

Someone noticed the change date and word has spread around the BOE and almost everyone there has seen this error.

The funny thing is they probably had a case to legitamately change her record. But not this crew. They wanted no questions asked so ordered someone to tamper with her record. Talk about a bunch of jokers running that place.

You need only go to any BOE computer and pull her up. She appears twice. Her mysteriously cancelled record has a change date of 4/28/2005. And her new registration record s dated 4/29/2005 the very next day. However how card was time stamped on the 28th. So the day they recieve the registration they did something to her old record and tried to conceal it. But they forgot about the change date that the system adds to a voters record everytime its changed.

So we know her old record was changed on the very day her new registration was recieved. The problem is they bypassed the system to do it figuring no one would notice. But it has been noticed. Lets see if anyone is willing to do anything about it.

The reason again is that had her old registration not been altered she would not become a Democratic until after the general election. They did not want her to enter a primary as a registered Rep so they tampered with her records. Plain and simple.

Remember when announcing that she was the party's choice what Jay Jabobs said about Kathleen Rice:


"Jacobs said Rice is qualified to run because she grew up in Garden City, is registered to vote here, and has only been away for the years she has been assigned to work for the U.S. attorney's office in Philadelphia. Thats what he said. Then they decided that her registration in Nassau would be a problem in a primary and ordered the BOE to remove her as a voter. You see at that time they thought they could pressure Cyndi Kouril out of the race.

But when they couldn't they felt that Rice being a registered voter in Nassau was no longer an asset, they illegally tried to remove her as an active voter but have been caught.

Shouldn't she need Wilson Pikula signed in order to run?

it would have been simpler and less corrupt to stick with the original plan to cross endorse Dillon in stead of going forward with this farce.

Go to the BOE and ask to use their public access computers. Its there for anyone to see. You will find two records for Ms. Rice. One has been inactivated with no "change history." You will also find another filed last year enrolling her as a Dem. Its not a secret. Anyone can go to the BOE and look. The best excuse is that it was a computer error. However, they can't point to any other voter where this has same "error" has occured in 7 years of using the system.

If it wasn't an issue, then why did the Dems file an "authorization" for her. They would not have needed to if she was a legit Dem.

The reason they didn't want to write a Wilson Pakula for her was because there was a huge backlash from Zone leaders and county committee people over whole the idea of cross endorsing any Republican, Denis Dillon or otherwise, when there was a well qualified Dem was already running.
Dems were furious over the cross endorsement of Dillon idea and very vocal about not wanting to sabotage a Dem for the sake of a Rep.
So JJ started slandering and denigrating the Dem and when that didn't work, changed his tune and said that Rice had not been a Rep for years.
Problem was the BOE records contradicted that, since they still carried Rice as a Rep..
