Budget Voters

Hi:

Out of the 7 revotes yesterday, three failed and four passed.

Anyone have info on whether turnout increased or decreased in each of those seven races?

Did the four passing adjust their spending in any way, or did they put the same one up?

Any info would be helpful.

Thanks

Fred

From what I've been seeing in Newsday, it seems that there are record turnout's for this 2nd round of voting.

Is the trend continuing?

The majority seem to be passing because of the relentless teacher associations calling voters to support the budgets and vote. Some districts are calling using district phone lines which in very inapropriate. Voters who recieved such calls should contact oas@mail.nysed.gov
