I promise that she wont qualify. Very few helpers and a lack of interest because of her behavior.

This prior post must be by Gerard Terry or Bob McDonald. Actually petition gatherers from both Cindy and Rocco's campaigns are spread around the county doing their thing. Cindy's attitude must bother NCDC leadership because she is pledged to run a real campaign against Dillon. She is not a fall guy. Let's see Rice talk about priest pedophiles and Dillon's extreme anti-abortion mania. Let's see Rice talk about selective prosecution against Democrat Dave Denenberg. Don't hold your breath.

IF SHE IS GOING TO BASE HER CAMPAIGN ON THE ABORTION ISSUE, SHE HAS GOT NO SHOT....MORE AND MORE PEOPLE ARE AGREEING WITH DILLON WHEN IT COMES TO ABORTION....IT WILL BE TOUGH FOR THE DEMS TO MOUNT A GOOD FIGHT WHEN THEY WERE TRYING TO GET HIM TO RUN ON THEIR LINE....

If by the "Dems" you mean the boys in the back room who have been cutting cozy deals with Dillon all Spring, you are right; they would have a hard time explaining a sudden shift to try to defeat him. That's why they are so busy trying to manipulate the petition process to try to force committee people who don't support Rice to carry a petition that has her name along with the name of actual Democrats.

No, the only chance that there will be a real campaign against Denis D. on the issues that matter to Nassauns will be if Kouril qualifies and then wins the primary.

Although HQ has been trying to manipulate the County Committee people who want to carry for Kouril, the rank and file volunteers who have no intention of ever becomming committee people and who don't give a rat's rear what the chairman thinks (or even know what his name is), are beyond their reach. LOL boys.

walkin for cindy

More and more new people are calling up asking for petitons. People who have never walked before. People who never before found a reason to be involved in local politics. Regular dems are coming out of the woodwork and walking for Cindy.
And committee people too

The surprising amount of unanticipated support may make all the difference. :)
