[Imperial Tom Suozzi]

A phrase that was used during the Watergate breakin about Richard Nixon " the imperial president". We know how that turned out. So he sends out the glossy park thing - ok done before, but where is the Commissioner of Parks? Suozzi is so arrogant he can't even put another person's name on the damm thing.
Dorren Banks has now suffered the ultimate humiliation. I guess $100,000 a year buys humiliation.
