Harold M did the same thing for 20 years as Highway boss. They all do it. County exec Levy's name and picture are all over the county, on all stationary etc. The county and towns actually have to spend money on ink and employees salary to reprint all the old forms with the last boss's name on it. It takes months of time and wasted salary to do this. Then they try and tell you they are all about saving the taxpayer money when they try and lay off those same employees or stick them with lag payrolls etc.

Actually you got the whole thing backwards. PC my ass..the template is designed on a PC and then printed out using a printing press. You think they make 100,000 copies of all the different forms using a deskjet printer you moron?
