VOTE NO on his idea of 4 year terms for himself and Janice Tinseley-Colbert.

Look I posted on this site weeks ago that Bellone is getting power hungry. The Babylon Democrats are truly becoming a machine. Notice they take out a full page ad every week in the Babylon Beacon. I knew something was up when this guy called a full court press conference when he went after the strip clubs. Registered his domain name in the address of town hall, got on local news tv with his knocking down boarded up building law. Reality I know this guy hungers for power. However, from a business prospective lets be honest. It's tough to do long term contracts with short term Supervisors. I guess it is better to go 4 years but...their should be term limits applied to every seat both council members and Supervisors!

I don't think the 4 year term for Town Clerk is all that bad, however, the 4 year term for supervisors is dangerous.
Knowing that the entire makeup of the Town Board can change every two years keeps everyone somewhat honest.
This is just another reason West Babylon should wake up and become a village!!
dems r dangerous

Get councilmanic districts- at least the council people would only be in for 2 year terms
people in West Babylon would have their own representative
