They were told to print ballots for 110% of the registered voters? Who are these rocket scientists at the BOE?

b/c of the new system, each voter is entitled to use up to 3 ballots, if they should make mistakes on the first 2. Each ballot with a mistake on it is marked SPOILED and accounted for and placed in separate containers and NOT counted. So, you need to have more than enough ballots to allow for this with the voter.
UnUSED ballots also have to be accounted for and tracked, they cannot be taken aside and then voted b/c of the additional audit trails in place.

Thank the liberal fools and working family's party for that. They refuse to allow voters to show ID when you vote. Seems to me that showing ID would negate the need for 110% of registered voters.

How much toerance do they need to build in for mistakes, seems like overkill. They already had a reference from the primaries and they normally on get around 30% for these elections seems wasteful.
