Sorry, but in this state, the NYS Public Service Commission gives utility companies the right to pass onto its customers any fuel adjustment charges.

Sin...reich is an outside attorney working for the Town of Islip who is being paid large amounts of money for burning and shredding documents out at Macarthur airport!!

Now, for no other reason than Sin...reich's presence on the LIPA board,with these ethical clouds hanging over his head, you have to deduce that LIPA is a BS organization !!!
