I don't know why or how you dumb shits elected a HORSE FUCKER over a normal guy like Lazio. But it's good to know that's one less thing the Democrats have to worry about in November.

YOU GOTTA LOVE THIS GUY....SIGN HIM UP IMMEDIATELY FOR THE PATRIOT CAUSE!
On Mr. Cuomo:
Insular I think is a very good word for him. Just carrying around this air about him. This entitlement. And I noticed it first when I was watching him on the newsreels, and whenever he was getting out of a car, he would sit there until somebody opened the door. And then he would walk to the building and he would stop, it’s like he wouldn’t dirty himself and touch the handle. He waited until somebody came and opened the door to the building for him. And I said, there’s something wrong with this guy.
On why, campaigning in New York for the primary, he preferred Queens and Staten Island, over heavily Democratic Manhattan and Brooklyn:
Staten Island and Queens are much the same as like Buffalo. You don’t have traffic jams every red light, all right? Look at the time you have to spend to get around Manhattan. I mean, try to get someplace.
On his view of Sheldon Silver, the Democratic speaker of the Assembly:
We have a government out of control. We have a leader in government that’s, wait a minute, is he a dictator? He’s one man; one man runs our entire government. I’m being blunt about that. Is that incorrect?
On how he would cut state spending by scrutinizing the performance of agencies:
Who are the political hacks hanging around the office that are there for patronage and causing a morale problem? How do they handle take-home vehicles? Does everybody have a take-home vehicle? Because we heard that’s a monster of a problem with state government.
On an encounter between Mr. Cuomo and a Paladino campaign worker named Amber, who dresses up like a duck to mock candidates who will not debate Mr. Paladino.
Amber is one of those very unassuming types, but once you put that duck outfit on her, she quacks like they’ve never quacked before. So a few weeks ago we sent her out to Wyoming County. And she’s doing her quack quack thing. So finally Andrew gets really frustrated with them and asks one of his characters to go over and get rid of her.
So the guy goes over to Amber, and he doesn’t know it’s a woman in the suit, and he says, “Listen buster, you’d better get out of here and take your two girlfriends” — he’s referring to the two guys — “take your two girlfriends with you, or I’m going to shove that sign down your throat.” Well you know what Amber does? Quack quack quack quack quack quack quack. She went back in his face. Amber’s a third-degree black belt.

Paladino looks an awful lot like the actor Peter Lorre, from old-time creepy, horror movies. Paladino is a scary-looking guy and his politics are atrocious. Yuch !

He may be a lunatic but that is what this State needs right now. Does anyone really believe things will improve under Andrew Cuomo ? Of course not.

and excellent govenor! Do we want administrators or show dogs! We would probably have been better off with Faso, but" he couldn't win bullcrap" is what the regulars get hung up about. Faso was on the right track and the

might win! Tragic sameold for the empire state!

Yes, and all the welfare and health program legislature grafters who set up their own private non-profits to skim off of and employ girlfriends and family are coming to an end.
Like the empty suit Democrat Guv and the other Democrat crooks are doing a great job? Street hustlers and criminals in suits who waited their turn in a cesspool of NYS Democrat politics.

ALBANY -- Two key campaign contributors to a self-styled reformer running for state Senate pleaded guilty two years ago to bribery charges, The Post has learned.
Mineola Mayor Jack Martins, a Republican promising "tough new ethics standards" should he unseat Sen. Craig Johnson (D-LI) in November, accepted $19,000 from Jack and Cathleen Macedo, of Flemington, NJ.
Not only do the Macedos own two New Jersey construction firms that traded kickbacks for concrete contracts, but they're also Martins' uncle and aunt.
The couple confessed in 2008 to paying $73,500 in 2004 to secure work on a Princeton University library project. Jack Macedo got 18 months in federal prison and got out in December. His wife got four years' probation.
A spokesman for Martins said he had no plan to return the money, the legal maximum allowed to a state Senate candidate. The Macedos also gave $6,750 to his 2008 congressional campaign.
"My history of outstanding public service isn't changed by what is their supportive gesture," Martins said.

stand down
09-21-2010, 02:26 AM
well lazio needs to stand down & stand behind palidino or cuomo wins.
And that might be what the old man hack damato wants, and the way mangano keeps all the appointed democrats on his holdover payroll and allowed them tenure their last minute civil service jobs, mangano is probably standing with damato and cuomo too.
damato is a laughing stock that the media invites to speak just to goat him into losing his cool to up their ratings. his day is done and mangano is followiing suite. they stand with koch and dinkins who destroyed nyc and it took guiliani to bring it back and bloomberg to keep it up.
but if thats what you want, then stick with lazio on the c line just for the sake of keeping the line up - and you lose to cuomo who has done less than nothing as AG, destroyed fannie/freddie/fha and led to the mortgage crisis we are still in the midst of and will do a worse job than paterson who will start looking as good as suozzi now that mangano took the reigns.

So it's a week after he lost and Lazio not backing Paladino. Clear Conservatives will mount a campaign for him, so anti-P Republicans have a place to go and party doesn't lose its line like Liberals, Greens, Right to Life...Somewhat like FDR Jr. on the Liberal line in 1966 won more than 500,000 votes...and Lindsay re-elected NYC mayor 1969 solely on the Liberal line. Party preservation counts more than principles!

Members of the city's Jewish community gathered on the steps of City Hall Monday to denounce Paladino, who they say has a record of making anti-Semitic, homophobic, and racist comments.
"Does Carl Paladino have the right to forward emails that portray the president and first lady, an African-American family, as a pimp and a prostitute or to characterize the administration as an African tribe or to use the N word? Of course he does. Thankfully in this country we protect freedom of speech. But we're here today because we believe those comments, that attitude, that approach to inciting fear and anger and division rather than working to bring people together in tough times renders Carl Paladino totally unfit to be governor of this great and diverse state," said City Councilman Brad Lander.
Paladino's controversial actions include defending a colleague who compared Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, an Orthodox Jew, to Adolf Hitler.
"He chose his words. And they apply their interpretation to them. And the press went out there and buried the guy. That was very unfair, and very wrong," Paladino said. "I think Shelly Silver is a despicable person."
"All he has to do is issue an apology, just issue a straight forward apology. I wouldn't attend I'm sure this thing would have just been called off," said Gedaliah Weinberger of Agudath Israel of America.
Paladino later dismissed the group as "birddogs for Cuomo" whom he'll "bloody up."

oh please. Let he who has never received or sent an email joke or cartoon that poked fun at some kind of nationality, ethnicity, political official or that someone somewhere could complain about being culturally insensitive cast the first stone.
People have to have a thicker skin. The only racists are the ones who think its ok to poke fun at Italians or Irishman on St. Patricks or Polish people & lightbulbs or make blonde jokes but think its racist if someone makes a joke using a black, jew or hispanic as the principal.
There will never be true equality until the so called self proclaimed minorities start acting equal. I for one and getting sick and tired of having to walk on eggshells and watch every single thing I say incase some culturally thin skinned nitwit doesn't like it.
Ever watch Chelsea lately? Wow - talk about a racist. With really, really high ratings somehow.

Please folks- You have got to be kidding with even having this man in a primary for Governor- and then he wins it??? Unbelievable, what has this state come to? If there was ever a person you could look at and say, "This guy is an absolute Moron and a pompous ass". Oh, but he has lots of money, so it doesn't matter what he does or says. That's right, being rich gets ugly men pretty women, bad actors get reality shows, criminals get away with murder (OJ) and idiots get to play politics- how sad that reality is. New York does a bad enough job bringing negative attention- This will be the icing on the cake if for some SICK reason, this guy wins. A few months back, there was no way I would be endorsing Cuomo- but now THERE IS NO OTHER CHOICE. WAKE UP PEOPLE- IT'S A JOKE- A BIG STUPID JOKE. By the way, by this guy's vocabulary, it's not surprising that he has a couple, "baby mommas" out there, but he probably had some good connections with "the mob". Think about it.

about andrew cuomo
10-08-2010, 09:40 PM
http://www.andrewcuomo.com/issues_and_agenda
Go to his website and read his "action plan" if you want to find out about where he stands on the issues. Unfortunately, his so called action plan is a lot of complaining -- BUT NO PLAN AT ALL!!!
Andrew Cuomo bemoans the bloated state government and duplicate agencies - 10,500 of them. He complains that NYS government agencies are operating outside their allowable powers. His answer - cut them by 20%, and generate some new ones. He wants to attract, "the best and brightest" to these new agencies $$$$$$$$$. (Nassau county residents remember that statement from the outgoing Suozzi administration - "best and brightest" = "high paying jobs for my friends and supporters")
He argues about the cost of all the government workers needed to run this huge government, but then seems saddened at all the retiring state workers, and talks about filling those jobs with bright young minds. If the government is too big, now would be a great opportunity to get rid of those uneeded jobs without the pain of layoffs.
He states we need to spend less, then rambles on about all his spending projects. He even wants to give $100,000 to local communities to study restructing their local governments, then states he can give away $100,000 to each local government in NYS and it "won't cost NYS anything extra." (If you spend money -- it costs! he doesn't get it)
He also wants to keep or increase spending for social programs. (We need to make deep cuts here, many programs are duplicative or don't work). He also wants to enact more legislation for abortion rights, gay rights, and for women and minority owned busineses, to name a few.
He wants to increase a cap on Charter Schools, but he does not support removing the cap. (Charter schools have been successful, why hold them back at all?)
Some of what he wrote on his site seems to be taken from the Tea Party. I guess he wants to capitalize on the anti-govenment sentiment, and tell us all what we want to hear. If he is elected, I don't expect him to act in any way to shrink government and reduce taxes.
