Hey, just curious. Is a "Wilson-Pakula" an actual paper document/certification, or can it be as simple as an oral proclaimation that a candidate has met with the required threshold of party votes?

The reason I ask is because from what I understand, met with the requirements id an oral proclaimation is enough. If it needs to be some paper certification, then I guess he didn't have that. I was trying to understant the court wording about not meeting some deadline, which didn't make much sence and would be erroneous if all he needed was the oral threshold. If you do need a piece of paper and he didn't meet a deadline, then at least that part of it would make more sense.

The problem with Franks assertment was he actually did not have it. He attempted to, but failed and then tried to use legal means to circumvent the law. The Court struck him down, and then he also failed on his appeal.

It must be that a "Wilson-Pakula" needs to be represented as an official certifying document. never received any certificate on paper from the C-Party. Although the campaign had solid evidence in the form of the meeting and vote minutes, the court said there was a filing deadline missed. Since they filed their designating petitions on time, the only logical conclusion is that they didn't have a paper WP certificate.

Real conservatives decline donations from the LCR Pac. 's LCR donation came when he wasn't even a blip on the radar, so it must have been that he was known within the political community as someone who would sympathize with that organization's socially liberal agenda.

's claim of social conservatism is based solely upon his self serving representation that he is a "conservative." So far, had demonstrated that he will whine, cajole, pester and cry to get what he wants. Frank will say anything and do anything to get elected. Someone video taped it I'm sure. I know loves to post himself speaking all the time but what he doesn't realize he's insanely boring and NOT good at reading off teleprompters.
