Who the heck can afford to keep paying the schools more and more every year. A 2 or 3% increase I could see and gladly accept, but 7,8,9% is to much.

Between the schools, police and paying for illegals were gonna have a revolution real soon.

Gadfly we havn't excepted this Tax increase, we had to put in a person who will bring Fiscal Responsibility to our BOE,hopfully.We lost the battle but we won the War.......You hang in there OK...

Bring back taxpac !!!!! I think most people work very hard. Some hold down two jobs just to make monthly expenses of necessities. People do not have the time to attend board meetings. All BOE meetings should be on the internet so people can see them on their schedule and put in there imput via e-mail. BOE members have to realize that not everyone works 9-5. The the middle class of Long Island will soon be just a memory.

so where were you all in the last 8months? Have you all been going to BOE meetings? Ofcourse not. You hibernate on your warm little couches, then a year later come out to complain about the taxes. No input no suggestions no attention, until the bill comes. Stop blaming the BOE, super or teachers. Look in the mirror.

Or maybe we should take a look at the books......only to see how they have been cooked.

- Vote NO in May.
- Let Levy merge the PD into the Sheriff's Office with NO pay raises.
- Deport the illegals.
