Can someone explain to my why a supervisor's name would be registered to the town of babylon and at the town hall address? Are the taxpayers of babylon paying for this since the town registered it? Shouldn't this name have been registered to the democratic party? If Steve Bellone uses this name for political purposes doesn't that possibly violate campaign laws that make it illegal to run campaigns out of government offices and since the town registered the domain at 200 east sunrise highway in babylon doesnt that now mean the only thing this website could be used for is government use. I am really unclear of the laws. I do find it ironic that this Supervisor got this registered in February just after his tear down boarded buildings law. Now he is chasing headlines with his "quality of life task force" going after adult entertainment clubs. Heck if he wanted to improve the quality of life maybe he would get around to repaving those bumpy roads in Wyandanch or Deer Park. But hey lets all remember the last time our good friends in Babylon wanted to improve the quality of life. About two decades and almost $8,000,000 later they shut down Oak Beach Inn so a couple of rich families would get peace of mind. Oh one final mental note. The Babylon Beacon this week has a full page ad looking for Babylon Town Democratic Party volunteers. This Steve Bellone guy definately wants to be the next Steve Levy.

I wonder if it is a violation of any laws myself. If he is using government property for his own personal use. As the domain name states he is using town hall as his registration address. Oh well it looks like its time for Babylon Town to start getting investigated by the District Attorney again. He how come the roads in minority communities never get paved and the roads in white communities like North Babylon never have potholes? That is my "quality of life campaign problem..."
