Wow! Nolan must have balls of steel. He had just got elected, in a special election, because his predecessor had been convicted and sentenced to jail. He had to know all eyes would be on him. A democratic supervisor, in a town that had been controlled by Republicans for decades. Yet he was still bold enough, to do all the illegal things you claim he did. while cooking the books to show a deficit- why don't we stick to the facts -Nolan tax increases every year of the Great Recession! The folks spoke loud and clear last year on Nolan & Co (Pat Nolan, Jim Morgo & Chris Bodkin) and I am not spreading lies on the internet- as Casey Stengel used to say "you can look it up".
