Or will a shell corporation owned by a Pius relative buy the houses and then proceed to soak Section 8 and Department of Social Services for new Security and Brokers Fee...check the standard Section 8 leases...is there a new owner clause. I bet you might find it interesting. Additionally, has the new federal regulations on borrowing resulted in a need to convert and refinance the Pius empire.
To me looks alot like just another way to soak the County, State and Federal governments.

If Congressman Steve Israel can get the day labor site closed for his re-election bid and Newsday keeps it's biased writer pens quiet about it, Congressman Israel could also have Pius shut down if he wanted to.
Look for more pressure from Democrats to push through Avalon Bay because Avalon Bay will bring in many more Democrat voters. It will also push urbanization away from just Huntington Station but into Cold Spring Harbor, Greenlawn, Northport.
