A little birdie told me that Dr. Rankin will leave the health department. Is this true? Has anyone heard anything? Why is he leaving?

He will be leaving to run for Philadelphia DA.

I do not understand what Rankin and Rice says. If that rumor is true then were in trouble because he is the onlyone to fight.
