Both of you are wrong. Its about jobs, jobs, jobs and contracts. Money, money, money.
The current leadership of the party is a failure and will always gravitate toward where the money is. Ask the million dollar man, Danny Donovan.
Danny has made a bundle off of Oyster Bay taxpayers. Now he will make even more if he remains the chairman in September.

Shame on anyone using for using Ronald Reagan's name to post such ridiculous lies. I grant that each of those named is wacky, but nobody with even minimal brain activity would presume to question the thorough conservatism of each of those named.
I cannot say the same for the likes for Pa and Junior Donovan, Pa and Junior Fanning and so many others who seem more concerned with the gravy train. Can I name the job-compromised folks on your side? Each one has a Mondello-granted job, is seeking one or has an immediate family member doing the same. What jobs do those you name have or want? Never in politics have I seen such a clear dividing line. I'll be proud to vote for Paul as county chairman and Tony for AD leader. I'll do so because in my heart, I know they're right. You're probably so unlettered, ignorant and non-conservative not to get the allusion without the aid of Google. For shame.

Pat used to be a registered Democrat... how do you explain that?
Paul and his brothers are new-comers to the party... where were they before they had this "conversion"?
Bob is selling his house, so he won't even be living in Nassau County much longer....
THESE are the people you think should be running the party??
Donovan has dedicated his entire adult life to the Conservative Party and deserves to be Chairman. Once these people listed above are defeated in September, they will be removed as registered Conservatives. Let's see where they go from there....

You don't have a right to remove them from the party, whatever your problems are with them. I'm not a conservative, but that goes way to far. Who says your values are any more conservative than theirs.

Ronald Reagan was a former Democrat
The bros K were active for the last decade with the conservative agenda
Bob has been in the party since the beginning.
Danny dedicated his entire life to getting jobs for himself and his family. Please do tell with specificity what exactly he did in the name of conservativism?
By the way, no one deserves anything. It is a privledge not a right to be chairman.

The Brothers K have been advancing the conservative agenda? By doing what, protesting on the side of the road in a snow storm?
These guys are hacks that are going to be removed from the party once the primary is over. According to the law, the committee can make their case in front of a judge for people to be removed and that's exactly what's going to happen.

I feel sorry for this poster. Sounds like his whole life is on the line and he doesn't know what to do except make threats.
I know almost all of the players and believe that all are conservatives, however some have put the priority of the party to the side and are more concerned about their jobs. I think that is a fair statement. Only when the party goes back to its roots that is to keep the Republicans to the right will we be sucessful.

I think then the case should be brought to the people when you start removing someone's registration. That certainly doesn't sound like a conservative act. It sounds crazy. You'll have people from every party opposing you. Didn't you ever hear of free speech.

Many of us in the party think you should do it now. If you are so confident, lets go! Why wait?
