Guess what, that charge is wearing thin and doesn't carry the weight it once had, Boy who cried wolf once too often. 60 % of the US considers illegal immigration a crime , and one that is a major problem for this country. It will go into effect soon, the judge presing over it may restrict some issues of it but the major portions of it are fine.
