i understand that it is sometimes neccessary to 24 calls when u have multiple alarms at the same time but ronko must be up to about 40 (maybe more) mutual aids FOR THE MONTH!!!! get your shit together and get your ambulance people to do the job they volunteered to do. also how do you explain when u 24 a 16 then 10 minutes later you get a general alarm and you roll practically your whole house? fucking ridiculous!

Listen to their High Ban, many times they put 2 or 3 ambulances out at a time with their volunteer duty crews, without even activating their pagers.

Just to clear a few things up, the thing about the trucks rolling to mva's and no ambulance kinda impossible since no truck goes anywhere until ambulance goes i can guarantee you that the ambulance rolls first. Also the people that said we do alot of calls are correct, if you took the time to research your shit and not pass judgement without being able to back it you'd know we have the third highest rate of ambulance calls in the county amongst fire department in. Now another thing is comparing fire depts with ambulance companies is bull shit you cant, since ambulance companies cover multiple districts and are pretty much mostly payed CI, Sayville etc. So please check your facts before posting idiotic stuff on here.

Excuse me, ambulance companies are not mostly paid. They have a paid crew 1 BLS and 1 ALS provider. And for the daytime when people mostly work. The rest are covered by vollies and like Sayville they get over 4000 calls a year, and cover 4 fire districts. And though Ronko is busy at the same time you are having trouble getting out for second alarms. You need a paid crew. Be safe.

All I ever hear are there tones for sometimes minutes at a time for crews before having to listen to lakelands annoying tones ( No Offense ) to handle Ronko's sometimes first alarm.
