Why was now provisional Affirmative Action Specialist Guilty allowed to submit more than one application? Was it that the qualifications he listed on the first application would not have allowed him to be appointed? Would you and I be allowed to do that? Did someone within Civil Service (Ms. Welt maybe) tell him to submit a new application? Or was it to cover up his conviction? Or did the Commission change the qualifications for the title after first seeing his resume so that he would qualify? Isn't an application an official government document and is it not against the law to lie on an official government document? Where was the Civil Service investigator in all this? Asleep at his desk? Or did he tell the Commissioners it was okay to hire a convict for a job dealing with law enforcement? What does that say about him? Would some guy convicted of smoking a reefer twenty years ago at eighteen who now wanted to work as a Laborer gotten the same treatment? Or would he have been told TOUGH? Why pay to take a Civil Service test for a job (Affirmative Action Specialist is a competitive title) if a convict already has the job provisionally? What chance do you have of earning the job if some BOZO already has the job provisionally? How much money is the County raking in from giving tests for jobs when someone connected already has the job? Why is a County in financial trouble paying the guy thirty thousand more than it would pay anyone else taking the job? How often does that happen? Why was Debbie Welt called to the stand and not Karl Kampe?

Nassau County is a rancid, putrid, stinking pile of crap- rank with unspeakable corruption, as we see once again by the hiring of Andre Guilty ( the convict in the above story appointed to a County position by Co. Exec. Mangano). PS- doesn't the guy's name give you a hint ?

Quomo won't do it because it would open a pandora's box to his-strings of-attachments and connections to and needed for a win... Maindraino won't because he's already in too deep. No matter what, its the people that continue to lose eacg day in and day out. There's the most complete idiots today, running around the day to day management of nassau county services than ever before. Guily's not guilty and nowhere near it this time, as usual the black guys are just merely and simply always the scapegoats of Mr. Charlie's. Fed AG Eric Holder should really and truly investigate this because, this one is the pinnacle of true corruption in the "worst" place of modern day segregationist history and still in all America. Without the feds, the people will never get their fair hearing. Not to mention nassau as top-three segregated communities in all of this entire red, white, and blue great land and why more Lucero's can be expected, why housing segregation data as some of the worst in the nation on Long Island will persist of the bigot communist nazi's so pervasive its ridiculous.
