The Appeals Court has ruled, and the Revival Party did NOT qualify to be on the ballot this year due to a "hyper-technicality" called statute law. Seems that Sloppy Gio and her sloppy team of advisors did a sloppy job on their paperwork, and could not follow the rules - costing her and her team thousands in unnecessary legal fees. Too bad they won't get the chance to be resoundingly rejected at the polls, but it's a good thing they won't be bringing their sloppiness to Village Hall, where the money they wasted would have been OURS. You can stick a fork in the Capozzi Revival - the Party is over.
