Word around the BOE is that the Dem Commissioner has set Ray Garafola up to take the fall for recent accusations from former BOE employees. This should not be allowed to work.

Ray just follows the orders of the commissioner. Remember Ray was there when Eric Brown was commissioner and none of these problems existed.

Also remember that Stein was sent to the BOE because Eric refused to impose a "culture of intimindation" at the Board. And he did just that through many legally questionable means.Trying to have someone else take the fall proves even move that Stein is unfit to remain commissioner. What a spineless political hack.

Lets keep the focus on who really has run the BOE into the ground while extorting workers to engage in questionable activites. Stein gives the orders. Ray is just another one of their victims forced to follow or be fired.

Thats the whole point. He is being set-up to take the blame for the higher ups. Its was Jeff Stein who was sent in after Eric Brown would not allow the BOE to used to for non-governmental purposes. To place the blame on Ray is just an attempt to protect the real bad guy.
