A federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order stopping
The Town of Oyster Bay from enforcing an ordinance that targets
day laborers.
The ruling follows a lawsuit filed on May 18 on behalf of Centro de
la Comunidad Hispana de Locust Vally and the Workplace Project by the NYCLU, ACLU and Latino Justice PRLDEF.
The final ruling will be held on May 28, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Court House
100 Federal Plaza, Central Islip, NY (litigation will be heard)!
ALERT!!! GET EVERYONE IN HUNTINGTON AND surrounding areas
to flood the court room! This is outrageous and the left has to be stopped!!
