I need some answers pleas

My friends uncles' neighbors' cousins' aunts' brothers' coworker has a problem. He is obsessed with finding stories on the web of dicey situations involving a arrest and a possible violation of the law, civil rights, or just ethics of the Police officer involved.
What he will do is find a police message board and pretend to be a relative or a significant other, of the arrestee in the story and ask for help. While he is doing this he usually cross dresses and uses chinese herbs ground up as a body rub.
Well apparently one of the stories he used has a trademark attached to it, the one about being a women and beating his daughter and cops kicking in his door and arresting him/her for resisting. Then getting the plunger treatment at 1st District ct.
The person who originally owned the story has filed a trademark infringement violation of the labor law section 209. Heres the question; He lives in Canada, the person who owns the story lives in Talahassee,(its not her, shes a wanna be) can a public safety officer from Highlands falls, thats a small city right next to talahassee, the tal. police were too busy, drive up to Canada, kick in his door beat him senseless with his own bird feeder, cuff and hogtie him and drive him back to Talahassee in his trunk, without stopping for food or rest, and then charging him for a nuiscance violation because he pooped and peed in his trunk?

yes, in fact he may face intrastate defecation charges and interpol may get involved if there was any urination as he crossed the border into America.
Your buddy is screwed, now stop posting garbage here, Without authority of Council of the real trolls of Long Island. Next time either me or County Resident must approve your post

Yes too much free coffee can lead to one's peeing oneself especially on a cross country trip without a potty break

Isnt there some kind of constitutional right if you are being transported in the trunk of a car, to stop for a powder room break?
If Ias him I'd sue that public safety numnuts.

No, because it was a transport from Canada to Florida.
There are no rules governing a public safety officer in Florida, they are like the sheriffs in the Ole West, anything goes once they cross into Canada. Had it been a Texas public safety officer He would have had to stop every 2.3 kilometers in Canada, and every 5 miles in the U.S.

Right you are forgetting the loophole where rabbits endangering a cash crop may be popped on sight.
Or ones that appear rabid.
Sometimes I hook my fence up to a outlet and run a grid of electricity thru it.
And of course once dat tricky rabbit enters a roadway....free game

I was merely pointing out that another poster who claimed to be a "women" could not have been because he misspelled woman. Call it what you want. And I don't judge anyone unless they cast stones at me.

However, if I had to size up county employee's, I'd say they're a group of ruthless individuals pissing the TAXPAYER'S money away harrassing others on chat boards.

Poor grammar? I highly doubt it since I aced English 101.

You mean why would you want anyone, you cant even get along with your own family, let alone a stranger.
And really now, what decent minded cop would go within 100 yards of you with all your baggage, divorce, child abuse, no life, and you resisted arrest, ha can you imagine what a uproar it would be if you showed up at a scpd function, give it a rest loser, no sane man would touch that garbage, as you well know.

How about this one for fodder...Cops bust in...Eyeball a silver object...Think it's a knife but it's only a spoon...Beat the S H I T out of the guy so much he's loses a nut...And in the end he sues... Gets 400 grand for a lost nut...That should make him happy

No in reality, 1 lost testicle for a young 18-28 year old is worth over 1 million, 28-35 y/o 900- 1 million, 35-42y/o 600-900, etc. If your story is true, the guy got screwed, but what was the p/c for ''bust in'' was it a domestic assault on a 19 y/o daughter? Did the guy resist arrest? Was the guy's name patrick?

Nobody got screwed. Even with only one nut. Just because you file a million dollar lawsuit does not mean you will hit the big payday. When the number crunching ends, there's always the fact that you can be held for a certain amount of responsibly percentage wise for your personal injury which will in fact bring the monetary award down. And get your mind out of the east end, there is more to Long Island than Nassau and Suffolk County. By the way, Nassau and Suffolk juries are known to be far less generous than Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Manhattan. If that happened out here, a low ball figure on that would be a 200 grand award.

That was not a malicious act or the result of a criminal act as you alledge, in Nassau county he was 31 years old, he took home 950k. In todays day and age the number might be higher. That was a act of negligence not criminal, which would push the total higher.

Now, this is where you are the atypical mis-informed person who always assumes that just because someone has filed a personal injury suit for millions on paper that they will actually get millions after a trial by jury. A jury can make an award and hold the plaintiff a certain percentage accoutable for the personal injury he suffered. And in this case, they did. He only got 400 grand for losing a nut because of the way he was physically assaulted by the police during the course of the arrest. Which by the way could have turned out a lot worse since they assumed the shiny object in his hand was a knife, instead of a spoon and they could have easily shot him dead, and rightly so. Plus, he was known to the local police already and not as a law abiding citizen. As for ballpark figures, I have seen plaintiffs walk out of court and not recieve a red cent from a jury. So button it up yourself and go hide under your brothers remaining testy.

So button it up yourself and go hide under your brothers remaining testy.Ahh some new details magically pop up, the stories evolves with every post.
You mean like ms cant@re didnt get one red cent?

The bible to personal injury liers er I mean Lawyers are the jury award books that are published for every county. Jury award books list how much prior juries in a given county have awarded to prior plaintiffs for a particular injury or tort. Long Island juries are more conservative about giving away money. The best place to get a jury award is the Bronx where the mutants give away much more money than any other surrounding county.

I believe the original suit was for over 2 mil.
If you are a crosseyed bipolar transsexual( with intact scrotum) that has a spoon anally impacted and resists arrest on a full moon leap year last wednesday of march, from the postal police,as the prior idiot posted the details over 3 seperate posts, instead of telling the whole story in one post, its worth significantly less
