Tonight I went to the Conservative Society for Action meeting in Bay Shore and finally Steve Levy was put in his place. Many of the crowd were schocked to hear about Levy's support of liberal democrats in elections as recently as March and reading the Daily News story about Levy tooling taxpayer $ in a pay to play sweetheart deal with is 6 year convicted criminal room mate who stole $82 million with his S&M other friends.
Congratulations to the young man who carefully showed what was really going on behind the Levy curtain-now everybody knows and this guy needs to get out before the Cuomo/Acorn types sit back and wait until he deals up the GOP nod and then cuts him & the party up and ensures more liberal filth in Albany FOREVER!

That's great news! Is the CSA a sect of the Tea Party? Is it reputable? Are the meetings safely run and organized? Do they turn into a chaotic hate fest? If people started conducting themselves in a disorderly fashion, how would the leaders react? Does the group have a mission statement? What's the likelihood of the police showing up and the crowd getting maced and beaten with batons, then thrown in jail? :)
I apologize for the pointed questions. The Tea Party has interested me, so I've been sitting back and observing. What usually happens when any kind of group pops up is, all the lunatics attach themselves to the movement rendering it disreputable. Some of the latest coverage national coverage has been disturbing. I like the way the group calls itself the CSA, and seems to actually talk about the issues without riot like conditions. There is definitely a huge need for the people to band together and let it be known we've had enough.

Hmmm, so you are saying the Tea Party should support Cuomo?
PLease, no politician is perfect, and you usually end up voting for the lesser of 2 evils. This one is a no brainer. You must be a County worker, they have no love lost for little Stevie. But Andrew, son of Mario, would be a unmitigated disaster for our state.
Tea Party would hold its nose and vote for little Stevie

The Conservative Leadership has endorsed Rick Lazio, a real Republican. You must be a Levy koolaid drinker passing over the real deal and painting our choice out to be Cuomo- what do you Levy-McGreevey types take us for?

But not the conservative membership, so Lazio, who worked on wall street for 10 years getting millions in bonus money, is going to be supported by the tea party. HAH!
I don't think so. Wall St Rickie does not have the tea party support

You mean he dosen't have CSA/Flannagan support. Lazio has been to other associated tea party organizations and well recieved.
Remember Tea Party does not endorse but rather supports a candidate.
Lazio supports real republican/conservative candidates like Lee zeldin because he knows how important this race is. Mean while levy says he will not do anything to hurt MTA foley.
How about Walsh with his real conservative endorsements in bishop race.
CSA/Flanagan is being manipulated and core tea party memebers don't see it.
Ask Flanagan when did he invite Lazio on equal playing field, like he did for his future employer Levy.
Lazio will be the candidate on the ballot. Lazio will win with his Plan.
Shame on Flanagan

If you really understood what the tea party wants, it is not a Real Republican. They spend our money almost as fast as the Democrats do. No, the tea party is looking for candidates who will not spend our money, will cut the size of government. Something Stevie Levy has done for over 10 years, before there was a tea party.
McGreevey? How is that relevant? So Lazio supporters are all like you, slander does not become a campaign, social issues are not a top priority for the tea party.

It saddens me to recognize that Flanagan supports Levy.
Support/Endorse, just a play on words.
The CSA members are not blind to what has transpired and they are talking, trust me. Flanagan has alienated a lot of people.
What did Flanagan get in return for supporting Levy I must question?
