Come one ….Everyone knows what a low life, dishonest crust Bob Cavalieri truly is. There has been enough said on other threads about affairs within CVAC as well. Evidently you aren’t affiliated with this Dept. because it is occurring at CVAC too. The sad truth to this whole mess is that his wife has been made aware of his infidelity, and chooses to stay continuously being treated as a complete and utter fool. The woman obviously has zero pride, self esteem or dignity. Theses posts on here date as far back as 2008. From what is rumored, she attempts to be internet savvy “searching people” so there no doubt she hasn’t seen this page in its entirety. Bob is a disgusting human being. He portrays himself as a useful person when in reality he is only out to gratify himself.
What is mind boggling about all of this is how, for what it seems, 100’s of you know about him and all of these stories and affairs, however no one does the right thing to protect the family, which HE is supposed to, from what is already entirely an absolute disgrace. He could care less about their happiness. It’s a matter of time before things go south, and I’m not talking about his begging’s for blow jobs. He has destroyed his family, his home life, his so call career, which is still questionable how he got that position. All he has left is a half assed paramedic card because it only a short time SFD will be letting him go. Open your eyes people, yes this site is fun to sit back and laugh and point fingers but this is serious business. This mighty idiot is doing most of if not all of his affairs when he is working and claims to be “volunteering” at CVAC. I can only hope the readers of this letter are as outraged as I am at Mr. Bob Cavalieri. One of the B-xB-xB-xB-xB-x facts we should face is that my long-term goal is to fight the good fight. Unfortunately, much remains to be done. As you may have noticed, I have a dream, a mission, a set path that I would like to travel down. Specifically, my goal is to even the score. Of course, he lectures us about stoicism so often that he may soon become a major source of hearing loss. (Actually, it would be a mistake to believe that he is the most recent incarnation of the Buddha, but that's not important now.)

If we do nothing, Bob will keep on destroying our moral fiber. One cannot change this all in a moment, but one can yank up the most stingy lackwits I've ever seen from the dark rocks under which they hide and flaunt them before the bright sunshine of public exposure. We have a dilemma of leviathan proportions on our hands: Should we fight tooth and nail against him, or is it sufficient to begin the invigorating, rejuvenating process of telling you a little bit about him and his yellow-bellied actions? I can give you only my best estimate, made after long and anxious consideration, but I do not pose as an expert in these matters. I can say only that certain facts are clear. For instance, we must soon make one of the most momentous decisions in history. We must decide whether to let Bob cultivate the purest breed of irresponsibility or, alternatively, whether we should win the culture war and save this country. Upon this decision rests the stability of society and the future peace of the world. My view on this decision is that this makes me fearful that I might someday find myself in the crosshairs of Bob's uneducated, mentally deficient plans for the future. (To be honest, though, it wouldn't be the B-xB-xB-xB-xB-x time.)

Far too many people tolerate Bob's shenanigans as long as they're presented in small, seemingly harmless doses. What these people fail to realize, however, is that I no longer believe that trends like family breakdown, promiscuity, and violence are random events. Not only are they explicitly glorified and promoted by Bob's incoherent schemes, but I've heard him say that he can succeed without trying. Was that just a slip of the lip, or is Bob secretly trying to marginalize me based on my gender, race, or religion? The answer to that question has broad implications. For example, if you ever ask Bob to do something, you can bet that your request will get lost in the shuffle, unaddressed, ignored, and rebuffed. The unalterable law of biology has a corollary that is generally overlooked. Specifically, if the past is any indication of the future, Bob will once again attempt to hasten society's quiescence to moral pluralism and epistemological uncertainty. His publications are a pitiful jumble of incoherent nonsense. Now that that's cleared up, I'll continue with what I was saying before, that he has studiously avoided being contaminated by the facts. I've said that before and I've said it often, but perhaps I haven't been concrete enough or specific enough, so now I'll try to remedy those shortcomings. I'll try to be a lot more specific and concrete when I explain that his hysteria-producing histrionics are sufficient to give pause to the less thoughtful among us. "Oh, oh," such people think. "We'd better help Bob muddy the word 'isomerizeparabolization'—just in case."

Bob claims that revisionism can quell the hatred and disorder in our society. I feel that the absurdities within that claim speak for themselves although I should add that Bob complains a lot. What's ironic, though, is that he hasn't made even a single concrete suggestion for improvement or identified a single problem with the system as it exists today. It is much to be lamented that so few people are willing to bring fresh leadership and even-handed tolerance to the present controversy. This is equivalent to saying that I definitely wouldn't want to anesthetize the human spirit. I would, on the other hand, love to restore the traditions that he has abandoned. But, hey, I'm already doing that with this letter.

Here's an extraordinary paradox: All of the insecure, peevish dunces who shouldn't be allowed to create a kind of psychic pain at the very root of the modern mind invariably want to. If it were up to Bob, schoolchildren would be taught reading, 'riting, and racism. He is frightened that we might think outside the box. That's why he's trying so hard to prevent whistleblowers from reporting that he will purge the land of every non-impetuous person, gene, idea, and influence eventually. When that event happens, a darkness and evil exceeding anything seen in history will descend over the world. I can hope only that before it does, people will put inexorable pressure on Bob to be a bit more careful about what he says and does. Only then can we hinder the power of truculent four-flushers like Bob.

It would be nice to say that putrid mysticism doesn't exist anymore but we all know that it does. On a similar note, if Bob had his way, schools would teach students that every featherless biped, regardless of intelligence, personal achievement, moral character, sense of responsibility, or sanity, should be given the power to dig a grave in which to bury liberty and freedom. This is not education but indoctrination. It prevents students from learning about how Bob lives in a mental and emotional la-la land. That much is crystal clear. But did you know that Bob's recent attempt to formulate social policies and action programs based on the most mutinous kinds of racism in existence is one more gambit in a chess game with no rules? That's why I'm telling you that if natural selection indeed works by removing the weakest and most genetically unfit members of a species then he is clearly going to be the B-xB-xB-xB-xB-x to go.

Bob will pour a few drops of wormwood into our general enthusiasm long before he can convert me into one of his cheerleaders. At the very least, he makes a lot of exaggerated claims. All of these claims need to be scrutinized as carefully as a letter of recommendation from a job applicant's mother. Consider, for example, Bob's claim that he is the ultimate authority on what's right and what's wrong. The fact of the matter is that he keeps saying that he can ignore rules, laws, and protocol without repercussion. This is exemplary of the nonsensical rhetoric and scaremongering that typifies the language of slatternly fiends and other intemperate lowbrows. Bob exhibits certain features that a humanitarian may be inclined to deplore. You may have detected a hint of sarcasm in the way I phrased that last statement, but I assure you that I am not exaggerating the situation.

He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. Of course, people like Bob who do in fact perpetrate evil seek temporary tactical alliances with sick disinformation artists in order to destroy everything beautiful and good. I love hearing the claims of a mephitic wanker who doesn't realize that he's a mephitic wanker. As a case in point, consider Bob's claim that those who disagree with him should be cast into the outer darkness, should be shunned, should starve. Such claims always make me laugh because, as we all know, there is still hope for our society, real hope—not the false sense of hope that comes from the mouths of foolhardy freaks of nature but the hope that makes you eager to eschew sniveling Fabianism. Bob hates you—yes, you, because you, like me, want to exert a positive influence on the type of world that people will live in a thousand years from now.

Bob likes saying that newspapers should report only on items he agrees with. Okay, that's a parody—but not a very gross one. In point of fact, that's just one side of the coin. The other side is that if my memory serves me correctly, Bob's proxies are tools. Like a hammer or an axe, they are not inherently evil or destructive. The evil is in the force that manipulates them and uses them for destructive purposes. That evil is Bob Cavalieri, who wants nothing less than to subvert our country's legal system.

Irrespective of one's feelings on the subject, Bob is an inspiration to intransigent stirrers everywhere. They panegyrize his crusade to fuel inquisitions, and, more importantly, they don't realize that Bob would not hesitate to put increased disruptive powers in the hands of demented chuckleheads if he felt he could benefit from doing so. If we do nothing, Bob will keep on destroying our moral fiber. One cannot change this all in a moment, but one can yank up the most stingy lackwits I've ever seen from the dark rocks under which they hide and flaunt them before the bright sunshine of public exposure. We have a dilemma of leviathan proportions on our hands: Should we fight tooth and nail against him, or is it sufficient to begin the invigorating, rejuvenating process of telling you a little bit about him and his yellow-bellied actions? I can give you only my best estimate, made after long and anxious consideration, but I do not pose as an expert in these matters. I can say only that certain facts are clear. For instance, we must soon make one of the most momentous decisions in history. We must decide whether to let Bob cultivate the purest breed of irresponsibility or, alternatively, whether we should win the culture war and save this country. Upon this decision rests the stability of society and the future peace of the world. Not only are they explicitly glorified and promoted by Bob's incoherent schemes, but I've heard him say that he can succeed without trying. Was that just a slip of the lip, or is Bob secretly trying to marginalize me based on my gender, race, or religion? The answer to that question has broad implications. For example, if you ever ask Bob to do something, you can bet that your request will get lost in the shuffle, unaddressed, ignored, and rebuffed. The unalterable law of biology has a corollary that is generally overlooked. Specifically, if the past is any indication of the future, Bob will once again attempt to hasten society's quiescence to moral pluralism and epistemological uncertainty. His publications are a pitiful jumble of incoherent nonsense. Now that that's cleared up, I'll continue with what I was saying before, that he has studiously avoided being contaminated by the facts. What's ironic, though, is that he hasn't made even a single concrete suggestion for improvement or identified a single problem with the system as it exists today. It is much to be lamented that so few people are willing to bring fresh leadership and even-handed tolerance to the present controversy. This is equivalent to saying that I definitely wouldn't want to anesthetize the human spirit. I would, on the other hand, love to restore the traditions that he has abandoned. But, hey, I'm already doing that with this letter.

Here's an extraordinary paradox: All of the insecure, peevish dunces who shouldn't be allowed to create a kind of psychic pain at the very root of the modern mind invariably want to. If it were up to Bob, schoolchildren would be taught reading, 'riting, and racism. He is frightened that we might think outside the box. That's why he's trying so hard to prevent whistleblowers from reporting that he will purge the land of every non-impetuous person, gene, idea, and influence eventually. When that event happens, a darkness and evil exceeding anything seen in history will descend over the world. I can hope only that before it does, people will put inexorable pressure on Bob to be a bit more careful about what he says and does. This is not education but indoctrination. It prevents students from learning about how Bob lives in a mental and emotional la-la land. That much is crystal clear. But did you know that Bob's recent attempt to formulate social policies and action programs based on the most mutinous kinds of racism in existence is one more gambit in a chess game with no rules? That's why I'm telling you that if natural selection indeed works by removing the weakest and most genetically unfit members of a species then he is clearly going to be the B-xB-xB-xB-xB-x to go.

Okay, I see your point. I would imagine that by me posting on here everyday, I'm fueling the fire of this thread.

However, it irates the hell out of me, that people that post on here; much like yourself, are afraid to put their name where their opinions are. Everyone has so much to share with the world on here, but no one has the balls to sign it. Do I think I'm high and mighty, as you like to call it? You bet your ass I do! I'm not afraid to express my opinion, and for people knowing where its coming from.

There are two points I was trying to make: #1. We've become an infantile and tattle tail society, that we need to blurt out everyone's problems/secrets for all to see. People need to take a step back and re-evaluate their own morals and contrite ideas. #2. Be man or women enough to sign your name to a post. Hey guys! Thanks, while I'm sure the "Chiefs" will probably "get mad" (or something) at me, for posting the events here, I'm gonna do it anyway!

Apparently my name was implicated in a recreational-drug- use ring, with the medication Torodol, for those that dont know it is a non addictive, non steroidal anti inflammatory drug, just like Advil, or Motrin. I of course was a bit surprised to hear of this, as I don't even drink. Another member, and a paid provider were issued suspensions for their admitted actions, however I refuse to take the fall for something to which I was not involved.

I expressed this to Chiefs Schwalbe and Lowenberg during a meeting this passed Sunday, when they tried to impose a suspension on me, without having given me an opportunity to respond to the allegations. It was made clear to the Chiefs that if they imposed a suspension on me without the benefit of their due diligence to first identify the involved parties, and respond appropriately; that I would return with a resignation letter. I have not yet sent that resignation letter, I have however responded to the suspension with an appeal to the Chiefs and Board of Directors in accordance with section X of the Bylaws. The resignation is ready, and I'm fighting the urge to send it, but know that it may be preemptive to their trying to coerce me to leave.

Sadly, Commack Ambulance is not the agency we were even as little as 4-5 years ago. The grandiose days of "Rescue 9-1-1" have long come to a close, and the people at the helm are not seeing the organization for the qualities that it once embodied.

I have already returned the responder, and most of my corps issued materials. I will soon be getting a new cell phone, which I will certainly share with you all.

so while chief there has been 2 incidents of a paid paramedic giving members injections of drugs meant for legitimate ambulance runs. One being an elected officer (allegedly).
there has been an ongoing problem with a former chief stealing nitrous while the current chief was also an officer (not sure if medical officer while this was happening).
that former chief was booted out the door with a soft kick from padded boots and let resign.
and alegedly this current chief also got extremely intoxicated at your dinner which is legally a meeting and just might have possibly, if all the accounts are true, have thrown up on a guest.

why should he resign? does he think he is doing a good job? does he see any problem with what has happened while he is one of those elected to make sure all handled professionally?

I am not a member but a resident who reads ALL the posts on this site not just fire departments.

Im sure it isnt easy for those a cvac to keep secrets when you have certain juniors butting their noses into every little bit of personal business that has nothing to do with them. Regardless, this is a great organization with flaws like any other. The membership is outstanding, and the leadership if very good as well. Are there improvements that could be made? Of course, but before you start threads bashing an organization, get a clue, because while you sit at home bashing those who VOLUNTEER to help their community, they're out there making 10x the difference that you ever could, and nothing that you write on here will ever matter or hurt their pride. a contracted service such as garbage collection and ambulance is still tax funded. if CVAC was a tax district you would see a huge differnce in what happens there.

I don't believe there is a real oversight of this organization; it is the Board of Directors who will do whatever 30 says they should. Evidenced with what we are dealing with right now. 30's motto: If at first you don't succeed, try try again and if you still do not succeed, go to the Board and get it DONE. They did it ... I do get it and I'm not a member. You are unhappy because things aren't being done your way. Maybe when you turn 18, Justin, you can make a difference. The fact of the matter is that volly elections are popularity contests not qualification based. You say no one would have won running against him. Therefore his policies are acceptable to the majority of the organization. Had someone run against him, the eligible members would have had a choice. He spoke out about 30 because 30 is a wimp. 30 let the FD take credit for something that the ambulance corps did; 31 was angry as hell; 30 brushed it off. 31 made comments; 30 said you're pissing off the FD. 30 got drunk at the installation dinner; 31 cleaned up his messes and then voiced his opinion. There, sir, is the story pretty much in a nut shell except 31 posted his side of the story on his FB page because unlike the other two who did do something suspendable, 30 was not given the opportunity to speak. That is the conduct unbecoming. However, 30 kept trying to find something to nail 31 on and when nothing worked, he went to the Board (with no other representatives from the corps) and got them to take away his status as chief and trying to drop him back to just a member. Word is 31 has consulted a lawyer. But he is going through the "proper" channels first. We'll see what happens. There are ballots going out on his "fate" so once this is completed, maybe he will take it further. Who knows. It is just a damn shame.

He was wronged since the chiefs withdrew their original allegation. I support 31 so I'm voting 'Against' on the ballot. If the general consensus is 'Against", how can 31 function as 2nd in command to the individual who wanted him out in the first place since he was instrumental in turning in 30's best friend (the gas guy). In addition, the ballot can be manipulated since it's NOT a stamped ballot. I wouldn't put it pass 30 to get the individual counting the ballots to produce the result that he wants. I heard they were two of a kind in giving the gas guy an easy out, resigning. I hope the members do the right thing and vote 'Against'. It would be nice to see 30 throw up again.

What a mess CVAC is in because of his leadership or lack of. For those who may remember how he handled the Youth Squad stolen money. He emailed the members and claim he knows who the person is and for that individual to turn themselves in by a certain date/time or be turned over to P.D. That was a stupid statement.
