They've been offering it at MT/NYC Transit Authority for months already.
When the most experienced workers leave, and the dems are at the helm (commissioners and deputy commissioners), what will happen to Nassau County?

Good question. Are they going to offer the 1 month for every year, up to 36? Who has heard 2 ? Also, will there be a penalty for anyone under 55? IF there is a 5% penalty per yr, as they had in 2002, then they won't get anyone under 55 to go.

Paterson is proposing Early incentives like the ones in 2002.
