A few weeks ago, NYPD commissioner Ray Kelly said the rising murder rate in NYC is directly attributed to the declining members of police in the ranks of the NYPD. He had the spine to say it and wasn't spanked by the mayor for telling the truth. You think Richie D will ever say that? Fat chance! Even though he knows that the massive retirements and lack of hires will cause crime to increase(sorry, it's not just an uptick), he'll never say it for fear of pissing off the puppet master in Hauppauge. Say what you want about Ray Kelly, but he is a class act who is respected by many, unlike the man in Yaphank!
