Who are these people in the trucks and cars with the gold and green stripes and red lightbars on the roof, the cars also have the village seal on the door with "Brightwaters" above it and something else written below. Who are these people? Are they police, constables/public safety, what?

Who are these people in the trucks and cars with the gold and green stripes and red lightbars on the roof, the cars also have the village seal on the door with "Brightwaters" above it and something else written below. Who are these people? Are they police, constables/public safety, what?

They are the Brightwaters Mattress Police. They are part of a pilot program funded by the feds and National Organization of Mattress and Pillow Fluffers.

I am told that based on anonymous complaints of violations, these agents are empowered to enter a private dwelling without a warrant and conduct mattress and pillow tag searches.

Brightwaters Village code enforcement. They are something like a security guard that can write parking summonses in Brightwaters Village. I have no idea why they put emergency light on their vehicles.
