An open letter to The Attorney General Of New York

My recent corresopondence to the
attorney general's office has gone
unanswered. My local supervisor's
office and the district attorney's
office in Nassau are answering my
letters. My assemblyman's office has
answered my letters. My county
executives offcie has started an
investigation. Why has the NY AG's
office never answered any of my
correspondence about an urgent matter
that is threatening my life? Your
office is in violation of the Civil
Rights Act and I am going to do
everyhting in my power to have your
staff charged with violations of the
Civil Rights Act. I have documentation
that your office has receivied letters
about a conspiracy that have never been
answered. What will you tell the grand
jury when when they ask for the letters
you were supposed to send in response
to my pleas for help? I am printing
this letter on the internet. You are
not going to get away with violating my
right to an investigation of people who
attempted vehicular homicide. My
friends know what is going on too. I
asked your office to investigate my
local police department because they
are not investgating a vehicular
homicide attempt nor are they
investigating a recent hit and run
accident. My insurance agent says he is
angry that the police have not charged
a hit and run accident that happenned
under identical circumstances to
accidents the police have charged.
What is your office's excuse for not
answering my urgent plea for help?
I wrote an e-mail message to your
office exactly a month ago. I have been
writing to your offcie since 1999.
I enclosed a letter my mother wrote to
the local district attorney's office in
one of my letters to your offcie. She
was worried that the local law
enforcement authorities never
investigated a bowling alley where I
was thrown against a wall next to a
glass door that I missed by inches.
The police in Nassau and Suffolk
counties are not protecting me properly.
I have contacted your office and the
civil rights units Headquarters in New
York City and I have received no reply
from your office at all. I requested
that the FBI be called in. Your office
in violation of the civil rights laws.

In answer to your questions SCPD:

The police have not charged a woman who hit my car two weeks ago. Even worse, the police at the second
precinct have refused to charge a mail truck driver at the Syosset post office who twice tried to run me down.
He drove past me then stopped his truck and backed up five feet nearly hitting me. Both to times he was leaving the post office parking lot and there was no reason to back up. He then proceeded to drive forward after backing up. He was not unloading anything, he deliberately stopped and backed up in two vehicular homicide attempts. I have tape of the postmaster in the syosset post office acting suspiciously, he refused to correct my description of the driver when I discovered that he wrote down the wrong description. He refused postal services to me that I have been given my entire life. The police first made out a suspicious incident report then the refused to investigate the incident. They never impounded the truck to determine if it had mechanical violations and they never interrogated the driver.

Two weeks ago, a woman hit my car after violating an no U turn sign. The police in 8th precinct used antisemitic language and refused to investigate her or charge her.
Their excuse was that I was reporting the incident too late. I have tapes of the police in both the second precinct refusing to do their duty. In both cases the police are failing to protect me from criminals who are threatening my life.

I say my life is in danger because the police in Nassau and Suffolk counties are not charging criminals who have attempted to run me down. My friends are livid about this.

Two years ago I was grabbed by a bouncer at abowling alley who smelled of pot and thrown against a wall next to glass door. I was inches away form going through the glass door.

Other incidents where the police did not protect me include an incident at a pizza shop where an employee
jumped me. I called the police and they did not charge the suspect. They did not open an investigation.

The police refused to charge a man who smashed my windshield even thopugh I had pictures of the windshiled and a repair bill. I called the police on him and the man admitted fighting with me.

I reported a man who threw me against a metal pole
causing a cut an my elbow. I have a hospital record to prove that it happenned.The police did not investigate that incident. The last two incidents were never investigated.

I have written Tom Suozzi about some of these incidents and one of them is being investigated. I expect the others to be investigated in the coming weeks.

The cops I have recorded shirking their duty are reasoning like somebody who never thinks they will be caught. They are in for a big surprise. Newsday has been talking to me about publishing my story and County executive Tom Suozzi has told the police commissioner to start an investigation.

I want to know why you assume I did something wrong to make these incidents happen? There is no legitimate excuse for the incidents that have been recounted in my mesages. There is no legitimate reaon for anybody to kick in my window on my car or to act the way they did in nay of the other incidents recounted. Right? Right.
Dont ask me what I did to make them act that way. You should stop writing your lunatic responses to my plea for help. Honest people out there know there is something wrong taking place and they are asking intelligent questions, not making inane jokes about the three stooges in the police station. My tape proves there was no legitimate excuse for the way the cops have acted. They have no excuse for their refusal, to investigate hit and run complaints I have brought to their attention. Everyone is supposed to have thier charges investigated. That is the law. They were breaking the rules in that police station.
