Has anyone noticed how mean management is becoming? "CSEA employees should be lucky they have a job" "you're commonplace and are easily replaced" and so on and so forth.

Can't say I've seen or heard any of the behavior you claim to have experienced. What did you do to piss off your boss? If it's worth anything mean people tend to have miserable hellsih lives to begin with and take it out on anybody within striking distance.
