Cuomo would look "bad" if he was the only guy running against a fellow democrat (Patterson) So Levy jumps in primary but then once the race is on Levy drops out. Now Cuomo easily gets the governor seat. Now Cuomo gives Levy whatever was promised. Troopers on the highway, an end to binding artbitration...etc. I'm not sure exactly what but they have something planned. It's a lose lose situation for all of us but as long as the Deputies are off the LIE at least the publics saftey will be back.
