Can someone please remind me what Lieber's wife actually does besides spend $250 per cat for spay/neuter(most places charge $40 or below)?! She has ABSOLUTELY no idea what she is doing, period. And yes, as "be fair" (wonder who that is??) stated earlier, Lieber's wife "has a good job"b/c it's good to get paid almost $30/hr. to waste taxpayer money without making progress.
