Vinny used Asset Forfeiture funds to purchase 16000 test kits. The PBA used their own funds, Suffolk County Police Officers' PBA dues money to purchase 700 test kits. The PBA & their members do it from their heart, the Sheriff has to do it with monies that got dividied up by the District Attorney. I'd like to see, just once, the Deputies go into their own pockets for a worthy cause.
