Does anyone know why James Tullo and Ed Hennessy have been meeting discreetly lately? Is Tullo going to back Ed in the primary? It seems the secret everyone in Town Hall knows about but no one is talking. Is JJ losing all his friends?

I guarantee you this, Tullo backs Hennessy in the primary. He has been meeting with Mr. Ed for along time planning this move. Ed has basically promised James a major position in his administration because even Tullo knows he can't win in November and Tullo knows JJ has some FBI problems coming soon. It's kinda sad actually all JJ's friends are lining their allegance away from him and the world is coming down on his head. Tullo should be ashamed of himself though for his lack of loyalty.
