Levy doesnt even spend the police taxes on police. There are less cops on the job every year, yet your taxes go up? He is playing with the money. Where is it going?

deficit is bad, but levy does not use ot for the deficit does he? No He leaves it in a "rainy day" fund
crime is bad too. we have less cops then we did when the population was less then 1 million. we(scpd jurisdiction) have a higher crime rate then nyc
