Ken Christensen Spreads Lies For Frank Petrone and Mark Cuthbertson

This slick hustler Christensen was on the Huntington town board back in the late eighties and early nineties.He became president of the chamber of Commerce. He's collected taxpayer money from both town and county government jobs. He also ran a plumbing contracting business. He was instrumental along with his now deceased side kick Quentin Sammis "a real estate tycoon" in getting enacted an accessory apartment Law. They're businesses stood to profit from this legislation.Yet Christensen and Sammis never faced scrutiny from an ethics board on why they were allowed to break the law.Perhaps the details would have been in the financial disclosure forms but they were convienently wrongly filled out and incomplete or even not filled out by law as is required. Now Christensen preaches how the ward system or districts is bad and the at large system of government is good. I guess he should know, he and his business friends and cronies certainly profited from the at large system while downzoning entire middleclass neighborhoods into ruin. Christensen is surely a snake oil salesman doing the bidding of a corrupt government.

Kenny is as pure as the La Brea Tar Pits. This snake oil salesman has been stating over and over again the cost of an election for council districts would be over $250,000 yet the BOE states it would be no more than $100,000 and more likely $70,000. But we still see Ken saying it's over a quarter of a million dollars even though he was told what the actual election would cost.

I guess Ken Christensen believes in the old adage of "if you tell a lie often enough it becomes true".

Maybe Kenny can tell us why Huntington town supervisor Petrone and his town board are using city union members to distribute anti-council district flyers in Huntington ?

Why are some prominent Democrats and activists who want councilmanic districts are being verbally threatened ?
