It has been a while since I looked at this web site and I was surprised by the use of David and Steve's names. First why would someone resort to such petty childish games. Are you afraid to state your name for the record. Second, the residents of this County must realize the fiscal hole the Democrats have put the City of Glen Cove, into and the abysmal shape the City is in. Please if you think Tom did it in Glen Cove come and try to find the waterfront and take a ride past 7-11 after 9pm on a Friday night, it is scary.

What is the story about five million dollars in bonds coming due concerning the waterfront and that there is no money to pay the bonds?

Newsday did such a disservice to the residents of this county by it's political reporting 4 years ago that they should all rise up and picket Melville. This is all stuff coming out now by a federal investigation that should have been uncovered by Newsday 4 years ago before it printed all its rah rah Suozzi publicity by supporting the nonsense he was selling about what good shape Glen Cove was in. They should have reported about the crime, the day laborers, the filth, the stench, the cooked books. The've put there foot in their mouth so to speak, and led the good citizens of nassau county down the same denigrating path Glen Cove has suffered and it's a crying shame. Misinformation. That's all Newsday is good for.
