The PelosiCare bill you just voted for says that when I pay my federal income taxes I must show proof of insurance. If not there is a fine. Illegal aliens are exempted from this requirement. (I will not file proof of anything and let’s see the IRS try to fine millions like me. My ass to your lips, Tim! Ever hear of the US Constitution.)
Senators Reid and Schumer lied about ObamaCare in the Senate bill. Start paying for it now. It doesn’t kick in until 2014. It’s scored at $849 Billion. The real score over the years 2010 to 2020 is $2.5 trillion. “Scoring” is “guesstimating” based on assumptions, like the original guesstimates for Medicare and Medicaid. Do you score everyone as drinking Newsday’s Kool-Aid every day? Obama said he would go “line by line” with any Congressman who wanted to read the bill with him. Well?
You and Cong. Steve “The Dufus” Israel put a piece in David Ambro’s Smithtown News justifying your votes for PelosiCare. It was wishful thinking dehors reality, palpably and provably false. Going NAZI, are we? Repeat a lie long enough and loud enough and it becomes the truth.
Here are things about the stimulus that you proudly voted for. We lost another 190,000 jobs in October. Recovery.gov – the White House website costing $18,000,000 to monitor the stimulus-- reported that Florida’s 86th Congressional District created 5 jobs with $3 million. Florida has 25 such districts. As the Wall Street Journal pointed out, “Especially with so much of the Obama stimulus going to transfer payments – such as Medicaid and jobless benefits – the net effect on job creation has probably been negative.” Put the trillion back in the treasury. Chop one month off the federal income tax withholding. But, no, with such a simple plan Democrats could not control people’s lives and keep themselves in power and riches. No more union jobs. No more government jobs. No more “programs.”
“Barack Obama wants to save the world by curbing carbon-dioxide emissions.” (Economist November 14th 2009) This is reassuring. Tim, you were quoted as saying that you absolutely believe in global warming. You’re an idiot. Republicans, Independents and Conservatives are disgusted with you. Democrats know they can do better. They’re not all on the Stony Brook faculty. Start on your memoirs, Tim, entitled, “How I Sat on My Ass and Grew a Beard in Congress and Did as I Was Told By a Deranged Woman From San Francisco.” Your erstwhile opponent should get better gears than that silly Smithtown Messenger. Opportunistic press statements reacting to the latest gripe is an uncanny grasp of the obvious. It’s not jobs, nor a sign of sane, conservative leadership with a real plan to create jobs.

House Appropriations Committee Democrat, Peter Visclosky, admits that he has been served with a subpoena for his and his employees’ records re an investigation into PMA Group. The Wall Street Journal writes that Visclosky is the first Congressmen who reported receiving a subpoena in the long-running PMA investigation. “The FBI investigation… involves millions of dollars in campaign contributions the firm steered to top U.S. lawmakers. Some of those lawmakers… inserted… earmarks, into spending bills that benefited PMA clients.” Congressmen John Murtha (D, Pa.), Chair of the Subcommittee on Defense, and James Moran (D. Va.) have, like Visclosky, received big money from PMA --- Visclosky: $1.36 million, Murtha: $2.37 million, Moran: $1 million. Th ey’ve steered millions to PMA’s clients. “The FBI raided PMA’s offices in November 2008….” Separately, the Navy has “suspended a Pennsylvania defense contracting firm that had contributed to Murtha’s campaign, and which benefited from earmarks steered by Murtha.” ABSCAM? Murtha’s the fish that got away. Offered $50,000 by Moe Weinberg, he said he’d think it over. Charlie Rangel is still House Ways and Means Chairman.
Nancy Pelosi promised that a Democrat House would be” the most ethical in history.” She flies back and forth between California and Washington on Air Force planes each week at $60,000 per trip. Post 9/11, she says that being second in line to the Presidency she needs security – yet she winks at the dangers confronting us. Justify her self-serving schizophrenia or slap her cheeks into banjo-class seats on a commercial jet. A crackpot theologian “trying to save the planet” who falsely accuses the CIA and urges contraception to trim school taxes – the woman’s crazy. Nude photos show up yet?
Congress gets $1.3 to $4.5 million for office expenses. Records are not available online but are kept in “a windowless office near a shoeshine stand.” (Id.) “About 130 House lawmakers… spent $82,000 each month leasing cars….” (Wall Street Journal June 1 ‘09) Should I drive a tuna fish can while lawmakers drive Buick Lucernes, Ford Expeditions and Chevy Tahoes. (Id.) Has the House or Senate economized? “The public treasury is a sea from which only pigs can drink.” (Arabic Proverb)
With Suffolk County Legislator John Kennedy you posed fighting for “stimulus money.” That money is borrowed money; it is printing press money. Europe is lining up for $13 billion of it to build high-speed trains? (Wall Street Journal 5/29/09) Did we put a man on the Moon? You put $37 million in earmarks into appropriations bills. List them by name, amount and purpose. And remember that money through a campaign committee to a relative is not a campaign contribution. It is bribe money.

Obama and Schumer told Israel to bow out of the senate race against Gilibrand but she has proven to be a complete puppet of Chuckie Schumer and obama. She has angered her constituents upstate by doing a 180 deg flip flop on many issues was senator chuckie got hold of her.

Steve Israel sees an opening with Obama and Schumer tied to the waist and poll numbers dropping, Steve figures people who dislike Obama's and Schumers left wing agendas will still vote for him.

His seat in congress this year will be a battle for him to keep. You don't protect senior citizens by raiding and taking $500 billion dollars from medicare.
