The flyer is an obvious faked photoshopped flyer of an existing authorized scannel piece trumpeting his broad based NON-RACIAL support for qualified judges and public officials.

The Right Wing Lunatics who manufactured this piece took existing photos of whites and covered up their images with those of African Americans, then changed the text to fit the new images.

They are racists, pure and simple.

What ever a person does on their own does not necessarily reflect the opinion of the organizations they are affiliated with. The civic assocation does not endorse or support candidates for office period.

As to the comments, as a member of the civic, you will be sued for defamation if any other post is made. The suit will name john doe/jane doe and the IP address of the poster is obtained via a court order, the suit will be amended to include your name.

I was there at the Baldwin Pathmark. A copy of the piece was picked up after is was given out when Tom Suozzi was there along with Scannel's people. This piece was not the one that was handed out in front of the store and was handed out in the rear of the p/lot.

So if Joe wants to claim that it did not happen and he wants to put his money where his mouth is by bringing an action in Supreme Court, lets go. I will testify to what I found under oath.
