We have a tragic story of an obviously very disturbed woman unfolding in Selden with an obviously mentally ill woman killing animals and abusing her own children and her house and automobile are being vandalized. Not once but numerous times.

Sorry but I have to ask. WHERE IS THE SUFFOLK COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND WHY ARE THEY NOT STOPPING THESE VIGILANTES FROM TAKING THE LAW INTO THEIR OWN HANDS.

The Commanding Officer of the precinct that covers this woman's house should be removed from command IMMEDIATELY! He/She has the responsibility to maintain the public order and take the necessary steps to not only stop what is going on but to cause the arrests of those responsible for the acts of vandalism. He/She HAS FAILED MISERABLY IN THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.

Now why hasn't the Police Commissioner of Suffolk County called this Commanding Officer to task. Is he waiting for the house to be burned down? Where is Steve Levy? Is anybody in charge out in Suffolk County?

There are 100s of crimes everyday, many acts of vandalism within the 6th pct. There are numerous retaliations and threats against the perps.
Scpd is not going to put an officer at a empty house 24/7 that probably will be condemned soon.
They didnt afford the rape victim in Holtsville a 24/7 police protection, or any other victim, why would they give it to an empty house?
