If Lud is serious about running, I would like to see Tom Muldoon take him on, although Tom is also in his seventies. He is still well remembered as Mayor

I respect Tom and have known him for many years, however he was no where near our best mayor. Our best mayor's were in the line of Roger Fay - Carl DelVecchio - Vinne Fay. They all went the distance to get things done and all were (for the most part) respected by their peers.
Besides, who would be the top reporter for the Williston Times if Tom ran and left??
George for Mayor

I heard that George Jaronczyk was planning to run. He's going to the board meetings and taking an active interest in the way the village is being run.
Suspicious mind

I think that many residents are of a different mind than WP4life, as to TM, as far as service to his community is concerned. I never compared him with anybody, I only said that he will be fondly remembered as one of the finest Mayor's Williston Park has had.
George Jaroncyzk is a fine young man and is well respected

Regarding the Fay/DelVecchio/Fay line being good mayors, I regret that my fingers would tire of filling the whole screen with "HA HA HA HA." Otherwise, I would.
Here is the best thing that I could say about Fay/DelVecchio/Fay:
"Of all of the mayors that Williston Park has ever had, they were three of them."
