What keeps happening to this thread? Why is it so Offensive? People are slandering a LT from the Fifth and that thread is still here.

Patrol Division is right, they have no life. This one is pointing out quotes, and attempting to be superior yet candid. This brings to mind as someone once pointed out how intriguing we as the Police must be to draw this much from so many Non involved individuals.

Being that this would have to be negotiated, what should we ask for in return? Minimum staffing? 1 day for 1 day leave (what the 8hrs get)? I for one believe that this administration has not attempted to help us. Shutting down cars doesn't benefit the public or us. Removing a PO from the desk 7-3 doesn't benefit us, work piles up or the public much longer waiting times for service in the lobby and on the phone.

Wait, I have been hard on the administration. Thank you for removing stat sheets, purchasing new pants, removing the requirement for a field report on a missing person report and lest I forget, name tags.
