Factor in hiring hundreds of hacks over 3-4 yrs and they start +25 every tour, where they cover the timeoff book, then cut posts left and right screwing security, then there is a problem.
PS 3 million + dollars per year divided among 56 bosses equals a minimum of 54 THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR PER BOSS IN OVERTIME!!!. AND THATS IF THEY ALL SHARE IT. SOME BOSSES DONT WORK SO MORE FOR THE OTHERS. AND THAT DOESNT FACTOR IN GOOD OLD "REPORT WRITING".
Cut that fat in half and we can have proper post coverages in the entire jail like outside on the perimeter, in the hospital, in psych housing areas, on transportation runs, in K-9 security for Transportation. You can open up housing areas to ease the fake overcrowding in the Satellite.
