Rumor has it that they're finally going to make some promotions. Supposedly they are set to make 18 Sgt.s, 3 Lt.s, 2 Chiefs, 2 D/I's and possibly a few others. Problem is they don't know how to handle the guy #1 on the Lt list who they passed over. I hear he's got a lawsuit against the county and they're not sure whether they should promote him or not and are waiting to hear from the County attorneys. Could take a few weeks.......right up until the list expires.
