My daughter signed something claiming she didn't want her mother arrested. Only 19 and believing in the police as we all have until a catastrophic event such as this occurs, she has told others she was coerced into signing. The entire thing may have been avoided had you had PD with common sense.

The judge believed me! At the summation of charges he exclaimed "Ive been a judge for 50 years and never heard of any woman pulling 2 officers into her home. Who made that one up"?

The jury? With a sleezy asst county atty such as the one we had who repeatedy pounded lies into the jury even though it was objected, it was still out there.

To be honest Im exhausted from the entire ordeal. Scrambling to get my life in order I can only tell you all one thing.

How is this a scam? Why in the world did he stop to talk to the "tramp" in the first place? It should never have gotten to the point he would need to say "no". Providing someone with an opportunity to commit a crime is perfectly legal. He could have driven right past her. Once again the great citizens of Suffolk are looking to blame someone else for their own bad behavior.

Do we "harrass people"? Absolutely, and here are the tactics we use. If you're speeding, running red lights or stop signs we write you tickets. If you intentionally cause injury to another without justification , we arrest you. If you rob a bank or a person, burglarize a home or business, we arrest you. If you possess or sell drugs or marijuana, we arrest you. If you drive drunk, we arrest you. If you take another's property, we arrest you. I could go on, but why bother? If you don't get it by now you never will.
