I find that ironic also. Mr Walsh wants you to sign his petition to nominate Demarco and keep him around, but then you can't stay in the party because you or your family members don't like Demarco.

The key to this whole thing is that Mr. Walsh got his hands on a "directive" written by the Suffolk County PBA asking all members to join the Conservative Party so Frail er could take over the party and they could boot DeMarco out.

That directive is in violation of State Election Laws. Walsh didn't even have to prove it came from Frail er or the SCPBA, he simply convened as the elective authority and threw those he felt did not join to better the party -OUT! He can also CLOSE the Party to new applicants if he feels they have been or are being "raided", (a legal term for exactly what you are proposing SCPO's do).

Not to mention you are a little late to make any difference in this next election cycle as you will not be voting as a Conservative even if they do accept you. In fact, if you change your voter affiliation on Monday morning, you cant even vote in primary races next year!

These rules are in place to maintain stabiity in parties and to keep those who would try to take over a political party at arms length. So try as you may, DeMarco has been cross endorsed by all three major parties and all three minor parties this year - so HE'S IN AGAIN WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!

He will need three years to have 20 in the system and his retirement secured and he is getting a four year term. So, YOU LOSE FRAIL er you azzhole!

Walsh is still playing a fine game of CHESS while FRAIL er continues to play checkers. My guess is he's not all that good at checkers either!

DeMarco is not the first political operative to be endorsed by all three major parties, and he will not be the last. All this says about a candidate is that he is so powerful within his elected position that the other two parties realize it would be a complete waste of time and money to try and fight him for his position. Every politician on Earth would give a body part to be cross endorsed and not have to spend a dime out of their war chest for re-election. The only thing that is for sure is that while DeMarco pays absolutely nothing for his campaign this year as he runs unapposed, the next position he seeks will likely be a win for him as well because every cent he gets on fundraisers goes straight to the war chest for future campaign financing. This makes it VERY difficult for another candidate to simply arrive on the scene and beat DeMarco in the future. So while you CRYBABY little

Not to mention that the Conservative Party has regular income, rental properties, and regular donations well above what the PBA takes each month in dues. In addition, If you were there yesterday, then you saw the Judge, (3X), tell your buffoon of an attorney to "stick to the subject matter at hand" and "move along counselor" and "thank you for the political history lesson". Each time the PBA counsel strayed he was doing so in an attempt to stretch this whole thing out a few more days so he can Kaching the piss out of the PBA. It has been mentioned that to date the PBA legal bill on this is over $12,000.00, once they lose, the Conservatives have already said they will ask for damages and legal fees - which is allowed under election law if someone attempts to "Raid" your party. So this whole process is going to cost the PBA a truckload of money, just to be left without a seat when the music stops.

Then we'll talk about how much your PBA is losing in fees on the PERB case, where even if they win, they cant recoup the legal fees as it is not allowed.

Then we can talk about the money your PBA is throwing out the window in the contract fights/binding arbitration with the County.

Then we can talk about the Mercedes that FRAILer is currently driving, and the BRAND NEW ONE HE TEST DROVE TWO WEEKS AGO ???????????
