My understanding is that when Policemen and Firemen are injured in the line of duty and become permenately disabled due to said injuries, they qualify to receive a disability pensions. Their injuries must be documented and reviewed by a Medical Board before the disability pension is authorized.

Joe has been walking door to door, knocking on the doors of all registered voters. It is not easy, it is time consuming, about 5 hours walking and 3 plus hours of following up on issues per election district. And with about 70 ED's and all the rain delays he's had, it takes time.

If You live in the district and never had someone knock on your door campaigning the Committeeperson is not doing their job if you're a registered Republican. You can either call or e-mail the local GOP Leader to get information.

In a perfect campaign, 3 days before a Candidate walks a ED, a personal mailing is sent out to every Registered Voter.
