View Full Version : Crybaby Suffolk County Police Officers

CRYBABY SCPO's
08-11-2009, 10:04 AM
In an economic time frame wherein people are losing jobs everywhere, where many have no health insurance, no means to live, taxes and other living costs rising out of control, we have Suffolk County Cops on this internet forum CRYING like little girls about losing the Highway Patrol and a few other
likeable posts they enjoyed. TOUGH! Sorry but I can not express sympathy for you while so many are figuring out how they will meet expenses while searching for another job. This is not about some pimpled 22 year old who is too dumb or too lazy to go to community college or join the military and resides in Mommy's basement. This is about coming on this site and reading daily about how terribly you have been treated by your Bosses and how they are the scurge of the County. However this is spun by you, your PBA etc. it doesn't matter, because in the end we all know how much you earn, (and you deserve your salary for putting yourselves in harms way for us), BUT the daily cry fest has to stop. Do you know how badly you are viewed when you write these things on here and they can be viewed by everyone? I always wanted to be a cop, but chose college and career instead. I am doing well even now, but so many close to me are not and it just pisses me off to see your ranting and raving here in print. To be honest, I travel the Expressway every day and see more Sheriff's than I ever saw you guys - sorry but it's true. I see them doing stuff I absolutely NEVER saw you guys doing. Pushing debirs off the roadway, changing tires EVERY DAY, helping disabled motorists, etc. All the while the traffic is slower than ever before. I use exit 70 and it was the usual once you passed exit 64 for the traffic to go to 75+ but you always got tons of cars passing us at light speed. Not any more, the overall traffic speed has slowed and now you see tons of Sheriff's in that problem area every single night! They might not be writing as many summons as you did, but they are also running many fewer cars than you did, and still we see more of them. It begs the question; were you guys just writing the required # of summons and then going home? These guys are there all day, every day to be seen and to be helpful to the public. This is way more important to me than the $100. additional it will cost me on my tax bill to make up for the lack of summons written. So stop crying, be happy you have a worthy career - with benefits and DO YOUR JOBS!

Keep complaining while a lot of people have so much less than officers have. The true colors of a force out of control guided by greed. Time to take back control. It's clear years of lotto type contracts and perks and units that aren't needed has done it's part in hurting this county and is residents. For the money you make you should be on the streets doing the hard stuff. sorry your feelings are bruised but we want the state to handle their roads and if they cant we have great officers that can and do it cheaper. I know you want your 120,000.00 plus full medical and unlimited sick time and 15 holidays and all your uniforms paid for even shoes I'm told. Okay but you have to be on the street and off the desks jobs, and school crossing school posts,escorts,ect... Let the civlians handle stuff like that. It's cheaper. If we got rid of all the sweet heart jobs that keep highly paid cops off the street then it's not a waste. The county is going broke trying to keep 2500 cops happy. Funny I hear and see about 10-15 cars on a tour in each pct. That's 300-400 a day. what the hell is everybody else doing. We are not short cops we are short bosses with balls to do the right thing and demand all cops on the road and get a cheaper work force doing the other stuff. I know we have to have some support cops like det.,and supervisors but we have to much waste. I know this has to be a crazy idea but lets have someone say its smart to protect everyones job and keep the bosses and the public happy lets throw them a bone and stop complaining for two minutes and lets cut our own cost to show some good faith. But greed will come to the top and that's what the PBA represents and we got the message loud and clear. Thanks the fight is on! Call me a Troll but but fear not we see and hear you. Funny right from your own mouths then you want to attack the public for forming a opinion. Can't have it all? Sounds like a broken record. You cops are to much. Things have to change and the Leg. will have to do something it hasn't done. That's think of it's residents first and understand we aren't under siege as you would like us to believe. This town belongs to us not the few, the greey the cops!

And what if all the cuts that have been made by the CE turned out to be done out of spite and were not saving the taxpayers any money?
What if your taxes stay the same and crime goes up?
If the CE was so concerned about your taxes why not go after the schools?

Does it hurt your elbow when you bend your arm to pat yourself on the back?

It hurts almost as much as your elbows hurt from rubbing your eyes after crying in public like little girls. Grow up a little. Wake up a lot, then come back here and we'll talk some more. You are absolutely nuts if you think the average taxpayer has one ounce of sympathy for any of you cops. Most of us just talk about you behind your backs. The only reason people you know don't say this sh!t right to your face is because in the back of their mind they are always keeping you as a possible hope for relief if they get stopped for a summons, or have some other difficulty - thinking they can name drop you and get out of something. If not for that, and for their weak intestinal fortitude you would already know what a majority of "average Joe" types already think of you overpaid hacks.

you're breakin our hearts. please stop. please stop. you just described the relationship between civilians and cops all over the world. besides you, who really cares what the public thinks? after a little time on, no matter where you work, the people you serve look at all of us the same way. the same person i just helped will be bad mouthing cops the very next day.
